On the morning of October 18, the 8th Beijing international tourism commodity and tourism Equipment Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Tourism chamber of Commerce") opened in China International Exhibition Center (old museum) for three days. Chen Dong, Secretary of the Party group of the Municipal Bureau of culture and tourism, Wang Yue, deputy director general, song Jianzu, member of the Standing Committee and Deputy Secretary General of the CPPCC municipal committee attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was also attended by cultural and tourism departments (bureaus) of Shanghai, Shandong, Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Qinghai and other provinces and municipalities directly under the central government, as well as single guests from the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Municipal Bureau of cultural relics, the Municipal Cultural Resources Center, China Travel Agency Association, the Municipal Tourism Industry Association, Beijing Gehua culture development group, etc.

The purpose of this Beijing Tourism chamber of commerce is to "make culture fresh and tourism vivid". It will last for 3 days, with an exhibition area of 15000 square meters. There are 15 international exhibitors from 5 countries, 9 cultural and tourism departments (bureaus) of provinces and autonomous regions in China and 16 cultural and tourism bureaus in Beijing. Following the trend of integration of culture and tourism, this Beijing Tourism chamber of Commerce will further promote reform and innovation in the field of culture and tourism, providing a powerful opportunity and an important platform for the development of the culture and tourism industry. There are six exhibition areas, namely, the Beijing exhibition area, the Chinese exhibition area, the museum creative exhibition area, the international exhibition area along the road, the tourist exhibition area with local characteristics and the exhibition area of tourism equipment. On the basis of previous sessions, we will expand and extend, and comprehensively display the comprehensive achievements in the whole chain and multi fields of cultural tourism integration. The exhibits cover more than 10000 tourism commodities in various fields, such as cultural and creative products, scientific and technological products, tourism equipment, time-honored brands, tourism food, etc. Famous enterprises such as the cultural and creative enterprises in the summer palace, Haichang Park, Dafang department store, mythology, Tsinghua Art Museum, Baima time cultural and creative enterprises, and the new stone unmanned vehicle will also show on the spot various cultural and creative commodities, tourism equipment, VR equipment, etc.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition also held the launching ceremony of my favorite "Beijing gift" selection activity in 2019. A special "Beijing gift" market area has been set up on the exhibition site, which is divided into four areas: exhibition area, sales area, consultation area and negotiation area, displaying hundreds of high-quality products of 80 "Beijing gift" enterprises. "Beijing gift" creative market is a brand-new attempt in the operation of "Beijing gift". It is an important means to build a brand-name, international and market-oriented system of "Beijing gift". It has become an effective communication platform for the interaction between designers and consumers, and a better exhibition and exchange platform for tourism commodity enterprises.
The exhibition also highlights the characteristics of the integration of culture and tourism. Each exhibitor is more personalized and diversified in the design of exhibition products, providing a new platform for the supply of "culture + tourism" products in the capital. Domestic and foreign tourism commodities, cultural and creative commodities, animation, film and television derivatives, cultural and tourism equipment, tourism routes, etc. are all on the exhibition site, keeping up with the pace of the times, meeting the needs of the public, and letting the audience "One stop" shopping.

There is also a business negotiation area for buyers and sellers at the exhibition site. According to the market demand of exhibitors and professional visitors, it is the first time to realize the regional negotiation according to cultural and creative products, scenic spots and other plates. At the same time, it increased the invitation of domestic and foreign buyers and invited 500 domestic and foreign high-quality special buyers to participate in the on-site negotiation.
